STRUCTURE
The panel is made of high quality deep stretch coil steel sheet and SPCC steel sheet, which is punched, spot-welded, coated with epoxy powder after has been phosphated. The panel is filled with foamed cement inside. After being kept for a period of time, the panel forms a stable bearing structure. All kinds of veneer materials can be applied on the panel surface, which is depends on different scenes. And the panel is supported by stringer and pedestal with screws.
UNDER-STRUCTURE
The raised access floor system is composed of floors,stringers,and pedestals supplying high load anti-static working surface and space for laying all kinds of wires at a lower place.It is permitted to install wiring box and ground plug on the raised floor.Wires can be placed under the floor and height of pedestal can be adjusted in the range of +/- 20mm at least. Grid structure formed by adjustable pedestals and stringers is a stable under-structure. Panels well fit the above mentioned grid.
